Deposit only
Apple Pay and Google Pay start at 25 CAD, and so do Mifinity, Wise, Neosurf, Paysera and Epay. Revolut starts at 40 CAD, and PayPal is on the deposit list as well. The ID check covers a photo ID, a selfie holding it and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months. While it runs, the account may show "Temporarily Approved": you can still deposit within a lower limit, but cash-outs wait. The other limits are fixed for every payout method. The smallest request is 45 CAD, so a 40 CAD balance stays in the account until it grows. The ceiling is 75,000 CAD per month in total, and the table sets no separate cap for a single request.
