AMPM Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions for Canada
These terms cover every bonus we credit at AMPM Casino: the welcome package, free spins, cashback, the birthday gift, the crypto top-up and VIP prizes. Our General Terms and Conditions apply alongside them, and where a promotion lists its own wagering or limits, those figures apply to that promotion. Amounts are in Canadian dollars. Bonuses are for players aged 19 and over, and AMPM Casino is not available in Ontario.
1. Who Can Claim a Bonus and How Many at Once
Only one bonus can be active on an account at a time. A new offer cannot be stacked on top of one you are still wagering.
Each person may hold one account. Our terms allow one account per household, IP address and computer, so a second profile does not open a second welcome package. If you need a new account, write to support@ampm.casino, and the old one is closed.
Bonuses and promotional offers are not available to residents of the United States or Russia. We may update the terms of a promotion and may restrict a player from taking part when the bonus program is misused.
2. Wagering Requirement and the 4.5 CAD Bet Limit
Unless a promotion says otherwise, bonus money must be wagered 45 times before it turns into withdrawable cash. Many offers use a lower figure, from x35 on later welcome deposits to x5 on cashback. While wagering, keep these rules in mind:
- Table games, live casino games and some slots do not count towards wagering.
- The maximum bet with an active bonus is 4.5 CAD per spin or round.
- Buying a bonus round or a pack of free spins inside a slot counts as a bet, so its price must also stay within 4.5 CAD.
- Free spins carry a fixed stake set by the offer, for example 0.15 CAD or 0.30 CAD per spin.
Cashback is wagered on slots only, not on card games or roulette.
3. Maximum Cash-Out From Bonus Winnings
Winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn only up to a cap. Most caps are tied to the size of the deposit that triggered the bonus. No-deposit gifts and loyalty rewards have limits of their own. The table lists the limits from our Bonus Terms and promotion rules:

Welcome offers also show a fixed cap in CAD on each promotion card. Anything above the cap is not paid out.
4. Welcome Package Terms by Deposit
The welcome package runs over your first three deposits. On each one you choose either the cash match or the free spins, not both. Here are the conditions attached to each option:

The 4.5 CAD bet limit applies to every wagered option.
5. No-Deposit Bonuses and the Birthday Gift
A no-deposit bonus needs a finished profile first. Fill in Personal Details in your account and confirm both your email address and phone number. The maximum bet is 4.5 CAD and the most you can withdraw from the bonus is 75 CAD. You can take no more than 2 no-deposit bonuses before your first deposit and no more than 5 between two deposits.
The birthday gift is also credited without a deposit, as free spins or a bonus. To get it, contact our support team 3 days before your birthday or within 7 days after it. It is for players who have made at least one successful deposit and whose account is in the red.
6. Cashback, the +20% Crypto Bonus and VIP Prizes
Our regular promotions come with their own clocks and multipliers.
- Cashback.
- The rate depends on your VIP level, up to 25%, and is calculated as (deposits minus account balance minus withdrawals) times your percentage. It is credited every day at 18:00 UTC. You have 3 days to activate it in the Bonus section, and after activation it must be wagered x5 within 3 days. The largest single cashback is 1,500, CAD and the card asks for the minimum deposit of 15 CAD.
- +20% crypto bonus.
- It has no wagering (x0). Deposit at least 30 CAD in crypto with the promo code from the cashier or our support team and get 20% on top, up to 150 CAD. Accepted coins are Tether (TRC20 and ERC20), Ethereum, Bitcoin, Binance Coin, Litecoin, Ripple and other listed crypto. A deposit by any other method cancels the bonus and its winnings. To move the bonus to your real balance, place any bet in a slot.
- VIP prizes.
- Comp points come from real-money bets in slots: every 2 CAD wagered earns 1 CP, and table games do not count. A prize from a newly reached level must be activated within 3 days, and its wagering is shown when you activate it. No-deposit prizes go only to players with a negative balance.
7. Verification, Account Status and When a Bonus Is Cancelled
Before a withdrawal we verify your identity. We ask for a photo ID, a selfie holding that ID and a bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months. Checks usually take up to 24 hours.
A few more rules decide whether bonus winnings reach your balance:
- If the account is blocked, active bonuses are cancelled.
- Taking bonuses on 4 deposits in a row puts the winnings from them at risk.
- Bonus wagering is separate from the deposit rule for withdrawals: a deposit must be played through 3 times, otherwise a 20% fee applies, and the minimum withdrawal is 45 CAD.
