The jump from level 2 to level 3 is the steepest in relative terms: 251 CP to 5,001 CP. After level 9 the cashback rate climbs by 1 or 2 points per level, and the exchange rate grows faster than at the start of the map.
Twelve Months and Four Elements: How the Map Looks in Your Account
The program is themed as a year: 12 months and 4 elements united in 16 levels. In your account it appears as a map rather than a list. Levels you have not reached yet are shown in grey, and each one turns active when your point total passes its threshold.
There is no time limit for reaching the next stop, so a quiet month costs you nothing on the map. When a level opens, its prize is placed in the cashier straight away, without a request to support. The only clock that starts at that moment is the 3-day window to activate the prize.
Cashback From 3% to 25%: One Loss Figure at Five Levels
Cashback is where the level makes the biggest daily difference. We calculate it with one formula for everyone: (deposits - account balance - withdrawals) x your cashback percentage. Take a player who deposited 400 CAD, withdrew 100 CAD and has 20 CAD left. The base is 280 CAD, and here is what it returns at different points of the map:

Cashback is credited daily at 18:00 UTC. You have 3 days to activate it, then 3 days to wager it x5 on slots. Card games and roulette do not count. Winnings from cashback can be withdrawn up to 5 times the cashback amount, and one payment is capped at 1,500 CAD. The cashback card also asks for the minimum deposit of 15 CAD.
Level Prizes: Free Spins up to Level 5, Cash From Level 6
The first four prizes on the map are free spins: 20 on level 2, 50 on level 3, 75 on level 4 and 100 on level 5. From level 6 to level 16 each new level brings a cash prize, and its size is shown on the map next to the level.
Every prize has its own wagering requirement, shown in the activation window before you confirm. While the prize is active, keep each bet at 4.5 CAD or less; buying a bonus feature counts as a bet too. Only one bonus can be active on an account, so a level prize waits if you are still playing through another offer.
Winnings from a VIP prize can be withdrawn up to 5 times the winnings amount. Prizes credited without a deposit need an account in the red: the total you have deposited must be higher than your withdrawals plus the balance you hold now.
Turning 300 CP or More Into Real Money
Points do two jobs on our map. They open levels, and once you hold 300 CP or more, you can exchange them for real money at the rate of the level you are on.
The rate starts at 1.00 on level 1 and rises with every step, to 1.45 on level 12 and 2.00 on level 16. So the same 300 CP exchanged at the top of the map are worth twice as much as on level 1. If the next level is only a few hundred points away, exchanging after it opens gets you more for the same points.
The money from an exchange has a cash-out limit of its own: you can withdraw no more than 5 times the exchanged sum. Our general withdrawal rules apply on top, including the 45 CAD minimum withdrawal.
Claiming a Level Prize Before the 3-Day Window Closes
What usually goes wrong with a level prize is the timing, so follow the order below as soon as a level opens.
- Play slots with deposited money until your point total passes the next threshold on the map.
- Open the cashier, where the prize of the new level appears as soon as the level turns active.
- Check that no other bonus is running on your account, and finish it first if one is.
- Read the wagering requirement shown in the activation window.
- Activate the prize within 3 days of the level opening.
- Play it through within the active period, 3 days unless the prize states other terms, with bets of 4.5 CAD or less.
Five Ways a VIP Reward Can Slip Away
A reward that disappears has usually run into a rule, not a technical fault. These are the usual cases:
- The 3-day window passed
- A level prize and daily cashback both expire if they are not activated within 3 days.
- Another bonus was active
- While a welcome bonus is still being wagered, the level prize cannot start.
- The balance was in the plus
- Prizes without a deposit are paid only to players who are in the red.
- Bets went to the wrong games
